<p>Enjoy good fat:  Less people know that brain is piece of fact requiring good fat to recover its damage.  You should have good fat during a day such as fish oil or cod-liver  oil, Ginkgo Biloba extract, salmon, soy milk, multi-vitamin and primrose oil to moisture brain cells. <img class="alignright" src="http://www.ipmc.cnrs.fr/~duprat/neurophysiology/images/brain2.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="244" /></p>
