How to Keep Toothbrush Clean and Sanitary
Your regular toothbrushes are full of germs and bacteria. You have to make sure that your toothbrushes are clean and sanitary. We have some instructions to protect your oral health.
Do not share your toothbrushes with others: You might contract saliva and blood of other people very easily which is at high risk for infection.
Clean your toothbrushes with tap water after brushing your teeth to wipe out resting toothpaste and scraps. Then set your toothbrushes straight to air dry and do not store them near others to prevent contamination.
Do not keep your toothbrushes in closed box because germs can grow well in humidity. It is better to dry your toothbrushes to prevent bacterial growth.
Replace new toothbrushes every 3-4 months. Do not use it until bristles spread out because its efficiency is decreased and the bristles may hurt your gum.
Remember that your oral hygiene is very important in being well, so keep your toothbrushes in sanitary location to be much healthier.
