Clean and dry your feet. Moisture with lotion for smooth massage with little force.
Hold one of your feet tightly.
Use thumb and forefinger of another hand to massage toe.
Massage toe up and down, both front and lateral side.
Hold your talus with thumb and forefinger to push pull circle massage.
Use thumb to massage talus down to both soles.
Massage your sole for a while and move up to ankle. Remember that you must massage in the same direction (up).
End the therapy by massaging the ankle again.
Just try to do these simple steps to relax yourself easily. That will make you feel better in short time.
